1. Event Organizer & Partners
The NMPA 10K Run 2025 is an official initiative of the New Mangalore Port Authority (NMPA), and is organized and managed by Sports Reconnect & Zemo.
2. Registration & Eligibility
All participants must register by 25th August 2025 via the official registration platform.
Participants must provide accurate information during registration.
Timed run participants must be medically fit and meet the respective age criteria.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Registration fees are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be deferred.
In case of event cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, government regulations), the organizers reserve the right to reschedule the event.
4. Participation Rules
Participants must wear their official bibs and with timing chips (for timed races).
Unsportsmanlike conduct, cheating, or tampering with chips will result in disqualification.
Medical and hydration facilities will be provided, but participants run at their own risk.
5. Liability Waiver
By registering, participants agree that NMPA, Sports Reconnect, Zemo, sponsors, and partners are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages sustained during the event.
6. Photography & Media
Participants consent to the use of photos, videos, and recordings from the event for promotional and marketing purposes by the organizers and NMPA.
